Dr Adil Mahmood is an NIHR Academic Clinical Fellow at Queen Mary University of London and a Specialist Registrar in Cardiology at Barts Health NHS Trust. He studied Medicine at King’s College London, in between which he undertook an intercalated BSc at Imperial College London and graduated with First Class Honours. He regularly teaches undergraduate and postgraduate students, including PACES candidates. He has a research interest in cardiac MRI and has published several original articles in high-impact journals and presented at national and international level.
