Courses/Exam Help Page

If you are experiencing an issue when registering for any of the BCS Courses or EECC/CESR exams please follow the steps below.

  • If you see a message 'Your email address is already registered, please log in' this means that you need to first log into the BCS Website.  If this is done successfully then your details will be pre-populated in the registration form.  If your details are not pre-populated then it means that you have not logged on successfully on the BCS Website. (Please make sure that the email address associated with your BCS Account is used, otherwise you may not get the correct price for your course/exam)
    • If you are unsure which email address is associated with your BCS Account, then please email itdept@bcs.com
  • Please clear all your cookies and cache from your browser and then try again.
    • If clearing the cookies and cache do not work, please follow the steps below:
      • If you are using Google Chrome, please open up a ‘New Incognito Window’ this can be achieved by clicking on the 3 dots in the top right hand corner of the browser.
      • If you are using Mozilla Firefox please click on the three lines in the top right hand corner of the browser and then select 'New Private Window'
      • If you are using Microsoft Edge please  click on the 3 dots in the top right hand corner of the browser and select  'New Private Window'
      • Then navigate to https://www.britishcardiovascularsociety.org
      • Log into the website with your credentials and then try registering for the course/exam again.
      • Some of the information will already be populated for you, so all you will need to do is to input the rest of the information to proceed.
