BCS Conference Travel Grants

BCS will be supporting Allied Healthcare Professionals (AHPs) & Nurses in the form of travel and accommodation grants to attend the 2024 Conference.

Travel grants are only available to Nurses & Allied Health Professionals (AHPs) who are BCS Affiliate or BCS Ordinary members who reside in the UK at the time of the conference. Up to £150 is awarded and claimable on the production of original receipts (post-conference) following the normal *BCS expenses procedure and *BCS expenses policy.

NB. Grants will be payable post Conference and subject to verified attendance at the Conference. All applicants are required to submit a copy of their email confirming conference registration at the point of application. Grants are not applicable to those who hold a council/committee meeting/exhibitor pass only.

Application Form

Completed applications should be submitted by 23.59 on 5 May 2024. There are a limited number of grants available that will be awarded on a first come, first served basis, and therefore, it is advised to apply as soon as possible.

*BCS expenses procedure and expenses policy will be emailed to successful applicants.

If successful in your application you are responsible for attending the Annual Conference 2024.

If you are unable to attend for any reason, please notify the BCS at your very earliest opportunity, in order that your awarded grant can potentially be re-allocated.
