When is the early bird deadline?

Monday 3 May 2022, 1pm

What is the cancellation policy?

The cancellation policy can be found under registration terms and conditions.

When will I receive my certificate of attendance?

Delegates will receive a certificate of attendance after the conference upon completion of an evaluation form which will follow shorty once the conference has ended

If I have a query who shall I contact?

Technical queries (for example re password reset) direct to the IT/Digital Team, itdept@bcs.com

Membership queries (for example if membership paid, date of the renewal) direct to the Membership Team, membership@bcs.com

Conference queries (for example re Conference sessions, Faculty) direct to the Education Team, conference@bcs.com

Sales queries (re stand sales or symposium) direct to Claire, claire.cartwright@bcs.com

When will I be able to book sessions in the Education Zone?

The education zone booking is now available for anyone registering for the BCS Conference.  Please note that if you have already registered for the conference and would like to book some slots, please click on this link (You will need to log in)  and then click on your registration and proceed to the Education Zone which is the 4th step in the process.

What are the conference fees?

The fees are available to view on the conference website. BCS members receive free registration by the early bird deadline. The other fees are listed in the registration process.

Registration Confirmation Email

Will I receive a confirmation email? No, we are currently in the final stages of implementing this.  If you require confirmation of your registration, please contact conference@bcs.com
