When is the Early bird Deadline?

What is the cancellation policy?

The cancellation policy can be found under registration terms and conditions.

When will I receive my certificate of attendance?

Delegates will receive a certificate of attendance after the conference upon completion of an evaluation form which will follow shortly once the conference has ended

Your 2023 and 2022 certificates are available through your BCS account,  please login here click on 'My Page' and then access 'My Certificates'

To request your certificate of attendance from the BCS Virtual Conference 2021 and earlier, please visit this link.

Please note that duplicate certificates of attendance will be subject to an admin charge of £20.

If I have a query who shall I contact?

Technical queries (for example re password reset) direct to the IT/Digital Team, itdept@bcs.com

Membership queries (for example if membership paid, date of the renewal) direct to the Membership Team, membership@bcs.com

Conference queries (for example re Conference sessions, Faculty) direct to the Education Team, conference@bcs.com

Sales queries (re stand sales or symposium) direct to Claire, claire.cartwright@bcs.com

When will I be able to book sessions in the Education Zone?

The Education Zone booking will be live in March 2024 and available to anyone registering for the BCS Conference.

What are the Conference Fees?

The fees are available to view on the conference website. BCS members receive free registration by the early bird deadline. The other fees are listed in the registration process.

Registration Confirmation Email

Will I receive a confirmation email? Yes, once registered you will receive a confirmation to your email address. If you don't receive a copy please contact conference@bcs.com

Visa support letter

If you require a letter of support from BCS for your visa application, please download this form and complete the necessary details and return back to conference@bcs.com at your earliest convenience, so that a letter can then be generated for you. Please ensure that you allow sufficient time when applying for a visa and requesting a support letter from BCS. Please note that once the letter has been issued by the BCS, it is the responsibility of the individual delegate to make the necessary arrangements with the relevant authority (British Embassy/High Commission/Visa Consulate) and follow up if necessary for a response. BCS does not have the jurisdiction to expedite matters with the relevant authority.

Abstract Presenters

Please note that any abstract presenters not registered for the BCS Conference, will automatically be registered by BCS.  All you need to do is to pick up your badge at the registration desk.  If there is a last minute change of presenter, then only co-authors on the abstract are permitted to present.
